Under this motto, we at Hochland launched the health app Kyan Health in January 2024 to strengthen the mental health of our employees.

The app offers a wide variety of functions such as breathing and relaxation exercises, movement training, courses for personal development and the placement of coaches and psychologists within 72 hours. In the gloomy season, our mental resilience is particularly challenged. That's why today marks the start of our third health week this year, with a focus on the theme 'Psyche.' Employees at the Deichmann Campus can learn about all the offerings of our Health Management, such as a Health Portal and the Kyan Health App, and choose from various check-ups, consultations, and lectures. The program includes: • Cardio Stress Index Measurement • Check-up and Lecture on Digital Stress • Psychological Counseling • Lecture on Mindfulness • Resource Check • Online program on Resilience In addition, those interested can participate in yoga trial classes and learn relaxation techniques.
