Vlad built and led McKinsey's global mental health program after burning out there himself. That program became the blueprint for Kyan Health, which he co-founded in 2021 and now runs across more than 200 countries.
Konstantin Struck
Nine years at McKinsey advising multinationals on organizational health and large-scale change, then he co-founded Kyan Health in 2021. He leads the US business, and he's spent his career arguing that wellbeing is a strategic lever rather than a benefits line item.
